Andrew B. Rauch

Born in Austria and raised in the Bronx, NY, I have found my true home in Texas. My mission is to help individuals and organizations "grow to give." With over 25 years of experience, I am dedicated to guiding business owners, CXOs, and executives through the complexities of growth strategies, sales and marketing, technology, capital development, and venture philanthropy.
I hold degrees in business and technology from Pace University and have attended the University of Texas at Austin. My professional journey is marked by a commitment to both for-profit and not-for-profit ventures. As a trusted advisor and leader, I have served over 200 organizations in achieving their goals and making a positive impact.
Throughout my career, I have been involved in several successful ventures, including:
-
OverDrive Services - A BPO services provider with global operations in Asia.
-
Vado - A Senior Software Engineering talent platform for LATAM.
-
iTexico - A B2B nearshore digital services provider.
-
Solid Pastors - Coaching services and network for Pastors in LATAM.
-
Solid Leaders - A platform for executive coaching, advisory, and consulting.
-
Solid Green Companies - A leader in SMART Net Zero™ energy buildings.
-
SalesOverDrive - A marketing and sales advisory firm.
-
C12 Group - A local Christian CEO coaching and roundtable initiative.
-
Higherhands - A venture and philanthropy-backed real estate maintenance company.
Currently, I am the Managing Partner at Venture + Philanthropy, where I lead efforts to serve funded startups and growth brands. My volunteer work includes serving as an Elder at HCBC Dripping Springs, President of the Austin Chapter of Conscious Capitalism, and a member of the Board of Directors for TEXSAR and SolidPastors.
I am married to Sabrina, affectionately known as "Sunshine," and we have three children. We call Dripping Springs, Texas, "The Gateway to the Texas Hill Country," our home.
